Users can set preferences to block all commercial calls or allow only specific ones. The app also features a "Know Your Sender" function, which allows users to identify the sender of an SMS by analyzing its header, comprising a prefix (telecom operator and service area), a header name, and a suffix (type of communication like promotional, transactional, service, or government). Additionally, users can verify 1600 series numbers, which are typically used for government information, banking and financial services, or important helpline calls, to view the entity's details. To know your Sender, simply look at the SMS header. The header has three parts. First, the prefix. The first letter tells you the Telecom operator like A for Airtel or B for BSNL. The second letter stands for the service area, like D for Delhi or P for Punjab. Next, you have the header name, which is up to six characters long. Finally, the suffix tells you the type of communication. P is for promotional, T is for transactional, S is for service, and G is for government. Simply tap view to see the full details like the header name, address, and message type. To verify a 1600 number, just enter the phone number starting with 1600. These numbers are used for important services such as government information services, banking and financial services, and other important service or helpline calls. After you enter the number, just tap view to see the entity details, including the name, address, and the type of call.
