<p>Many citizens are aware of the President of India's constitutional role but are unaware that the President's Secretariat provides an official facility to request a Presidential message for appropriate occasions. Through the Request for President's Message service, individuals and organisations may submit requests online for consideration by the President's Secretariat. This is a ceremonial service intended for suitable occasions and submission does not automatically result in the issuance of a Presidential message.&nbsp;</p>
<h3>What is the Service?</h3>
<p>The President's Message Request Service is an online facility offered by the President's Secretariat that enables citizens and organisations to request a message from the President of India for appropriate events and occasions. Each request is examined individually, and the decision rests with the President's Secretariat.</p>
<p>The service is free of cost. Submission does not guarantee approval.&nbsp;</p>
